Completed by luthiers in our workshop who carefully install the bass bar and perform expert graduations, the Klaus Burg model features an array of outstanding tonal characteristics, including a bright, rich tone with great fullness and projection. The varnish highlights the magnificent flaming of the back and ribs, and is beautifully shaded with light antiquing, giving a timeless quality to the finish.  With wider ribs, this bass gets a great orchestral sound with an accessibility to the upper register.
