Charles Malakoff Brugère cello
Charles Malakoff Brugère (1856-1894) was the eldest son of François Brugère and nephew of Charles Brugère. The grandfather, Elie Brugère, was a guitar maker. Charles Malakoff Brugère worked for Pierre Joseph Hel in Lille before moving to Marseilles and opening his own workshop. This cello dates from 1891.
